Your golf travel expert will then create a personal tailor-made itinerary for you based on your golf travel requirements.

Payment Options

Once you are happy with your Play Golf Asia itinerary we will send your golf holiday invoice. Upon receipt of the invoice, we require a 25% deposit payable on booking. With the balance payable 8 weeks before your travel date to Asia.

Booking Check list

Travel Insurance – It is mandatory for all customers to purchase travel insurance prior to embarking on an Asian Golfing holiday. Please check that you have cover against all cancellation costs, medical expenses, including repatriation in the event of accident of illness and helicopter evacuation in case of emergencies)

Insurance Documentation – You will need to bring a copy of your insurance on the tour.

Passport – Please ensure your passport has a minimum of 6 months validity remaining.

Passport Photos – You will require passport photos for your visa please make sure that you bring a minimum of 2 on the trip with you.

Visas – We can help with these arrangements at our time of booking.

Pre-existing Medical Conditions – This must be declared when purchasing travel insurance, if you are worried that it may affect your holiday then please ask us for advice.

Booking Conditions – You will be asked if you understand the Terms and Conditions of your tour at the point of booking. Please ensure that you have read all the small print. If you have any questions, then don’t hesitate to ask us.
